We weave each recipient's name into all 12 monthly images. Send us your list of names, and every person gets a calendar made just for them.
12 months, starting any month you choose (January by default). For December delivery, order by October 10.

How to order
- Choose a calendar style.
- Pick a Standard Image Set, or 12 images from the Full Library (extra charge).
- Tell us your starting month. Every calendar runs 12 months at no extra cost.
- Fill in the Names Template (see tips).
- Send your logo as a vector file (.ai or .eps, fonts converted to outlines) and/or the copy for your imprint.
- Email everything to sales@kelseypromo.com.
- Call 248-474-5413 with your credit card to complete the order.
What happens next
1 · Order Review
We send an Order Review for your approval. Your card isn't charged until the order ships.
2 · Calendar Proof
About a week later (once we have your names and artwork), you get a multi-page PDF proof using one name from your list.
3 · Production
6–9 business days after proof approval. October–December: about 15–20 business days. Call for current lead times.
4 · Shipping
We ship to you, or mail to each recipient. Options

Standard Image Sets — included
Choose one of 12 sets: ALL-STARS 1–6, RETRO, SCARLET, and Sets 19–22.
Change Option ($120 programming): start with any standard set except RETRO and SCARLET, and swap up to 3 images from the Full Library or other standard sets.

- Follow the instructions in the template. Add addresses if we're mailing the calendars.
- You can update your list until you approve your proof. After that, no changes can be made (see Re-orders).
- Each recipient gets a unique record number, shown discreetly on the cover.
- Couples: put both first names in First_Name (e.g. John & Mary) and leave Last_Name blank. Use ALL-STARS, RETRO, SCARLET, or Sets 19–21, which support the "&". With a custom cover, add a Last_Name_Cover column to show the full name (e.g. John & Mary Jones).
- We don't recommend company names. They're usually too long to look natural in the images.
Calendar styles & imprint sizes
12 styles: 10 desk calendars and 2 wall calendars. Your full-color logo and/or short copy appears on the cover and every month. We can also make posters, postcards and greeting cards with your photos.

We insert each calendar in a mailer, seal it, add postage and an address label with your logo and return address, and send it First Class U.S. Mail.
