1. Custom Background Color 
• Give your calendars a unique touch by changing the black background to your custom PMS color. A setup charge of $120.00 applies.
• You can choose between a black or white stand for your calendars.
2. Additional Months or Page Inserts 
• Tailor your calendar with extra months or insert pages. Whether it's for coupons, mid-year promotions, multiple office info, or anything else, we can accommodate your needs.
• Cost: $120 setup fee plus 7% of the calendar price for each additional month or insert page.
3. Special Date Inclusion 
• Add one or more custom dates to your calendar, with a limit of 20 total custom dates.
• Cost: $120 setup fee.
4. Holidays 
• U.S. Holidays are included on some calendars by default. If you prefer Canadian Holidays (using a predetermined list), please specify this on your order. There's no additional charge for Canadian Holidays.
5. Covers 
• Our calendars come with a standard cover featured on each calendar page. We offer 16 optional covers for a personalized touch.
• Cost: $20 setup charge. Your customer's logo and recipient's name will be elegantly placed on the cover.
6. Custom Cover 
• Opt for a full-color custom cover of your own design instead of just a logo. This cover can include variable data such as names, salesperson details, department, or any other information that changes for each recipient.
• Cost: $80.00 setup fee (requires a print-ready electronic file). The recipient's name will be prominently displayed on the cover alongside your design.
7. Variable Data 
• Utilize data from your Excel spreadsheet to insert variable information into the custom cover or monthly imprint pages. This includes names, cities, salesperson details, salesperson photos, emails, phone numbers, regions, sales volume, spouse names, children's names, and special dates noted each month.
8. Your Photos 
• We can transform your high-resolution, unaltered images or artwork for use in your Name-In-Image Calendar. Pricing starts at $125 per image, with costs varying based on complexity. Imagine your building or product gracing the front cover with the recipient's name.

Ordering Instructions:

1. Choose your preferred calendar style from our website at NameInImage.com.
2. Select one of the Standard Image Sets OR choose 12 images from the Full Image library (extra charge).
3. Specify your starting month; the calendar will be for 12 months at no extra cost.
4. Enter your recipient names into the Names Excel Template.
5. Send us a vectored image of your logo (.ai or .eps file, with fonts converted to outlines/curves), and/or provide the copy you want on your calendars.
6. Email your order, along with all the above information, to sales@kelseypromo.com.
7. Complete your order by calling us with your credit card details at 877-753-5739 or 248-474-5413 in Michigan.

Order Review:

Upon receiving your order, we'll send you an Order Review for your approval. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Calendar Proof:

Approximately a week after we receive your approved Order Review, and assuming we have your names list and complete artwork, we'll send you a VIRTUAL MULTI-PAGE PDF PROOF of your calendar, featuring one name from your list. Once we receive your proof approval, your calendars will go into production.

Production Time:

Production time is 6-9 business days after virtual proof approval. During the months of October, November, and December, this timeframe increases to about 15-20 business days after proof approval. Please call for the most current lead times during these months.

Domestic Split-shipments:

For most orders, domestic split-shipments are available at a cost of $5 per address, plus an additional $0.20 per calendar to sort by location.

International Split-shipments:

For most orders, international split-shipments are available at a cost of $10 per address, plus an additional $0.20 per unit to sort by location.

Labels:

Custom labels can be added at $0.15 per label, with a $20 setup fee.

Calendar Insertion & Label Application:

Calendar insertion and label application services are available at $0.90 each.

Fulfillment:

We offer comprehensive mailing services, including inserting each calendar into a mailer, sealing it, adding postage, an address label with your logo and return address, and mailing the calendars individually to each recipient via First Class U.S. Mail. Additional costs apply for labels ($0.15 each), insertion label application ($0.90 each), and a one-time label set-up fee ($20). Additionally, postage and mailer costs are added to the calendar price.
