You will notice that all of our Order Reviews show, Amounts listed do not account for possible overs or unders. There is the possibility of 5% Overruns/Underruns on all orders. Oftentimes our factory partners will print a small amount of extras in case there is spoilage during the production process. This is part of the Quality Control process and it is in place to make sure that you get all that you need. But when every piece prints correctly, there may be extra pieces. Our industry traditionally bills for overruns - we hope our clients can use the small number of additional pieces. But if you do not need them or do not have the budget for them, we will pick up the overruns. All we ask is that you please let us know before production that you will not accept overruns on your order. We may be able to pay a small upcharge for the exact quantity you want or may be able to change factories partners (which could impact production times and selection) and there would be the possibility of underruns, but we'd likely be able to accommodate. If you receive an underrun, you will only be billed for the quantity you received.
We want you to be 100% happy with the goods you order, the service you receive and the way we apply your logo or branding. In addition, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you have a quality concern, please contact us.
